Because we realise that everybody’s plans are different, we have a range of different delivery options available, so we can provide the correct shipping service for you, it doesn't matter if you need them the next day, the next week or even the next month.

Second Class Delivery - our standard form of delivery is Royal Mail second class, this is ideal for when you're not in a hurry, a cheap option which allows us to offer this service free for orders over £40.00. Delivery is usually about 3 working days but can take up to 5 working days and can take slightly longer during busier times.
First Class Delivery - If you are needing your items within a few days we recommend upgrading your postage to first class, this is usually a next working day service but can take up to 2-3 working days. It's only a small cost to upgrade from second class so we would recommend taking this option to be on the safe side if you are unsure.
Next Day Delivery - We offer next day delivery for when you have left things to the last minute. Provided that you place your order before 3pm your goods will be dispatched on the same day to be delivered the next day. Please be aware this option requires a signature on delivery.
Saturday Delivery - This option is for when you really have left it until the last minute and as a result are in a complete panic. As with the next day delivery option, if your order is placed by 3pm on the Friday we will have the goods with you on the Saturday. Please be aware this option requires a signature on delivery.
Overseas Delivery - We deliver to locations all over the world and offer overseas postal options accordingly. The price of this service will vary depending upon your location as will the speed of delivery. We do suggest to allow 10 working days for overseas delivery but bear in mind that we are based in the UK, so deliveries to Western Europe should take less than deliveries to South America for example but we will not be held responsible for late deliveries unless you have allowed for 10 working days. Please note also that dispatch for some overseas orders may take an extra day as we have to book in a specialist courier collection.
3pm cut off for same day dispatch - While we guarantee that orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched that day, we can on occasion sneak through an order placed by 4pm if we aren't too busy, so feel free to give us a call to see if this is possible before placing your order. It simply isn't possible for us to dispatch any orders placed after 4pm.
One more thing - We may sometimes change your selected postal option but will never downgrade it unless you ask us to, we will only ever switch it to a service of the same or quicker delivery speed. We do this for a number of reasons depending upon your location as well as the size and weight of your order.
